A. Depends on what you mean by "football". If you mean the game with the brownish oblong ball, Madden 2008 for the 360 would probably be the best choice. The Wii version last year had a funky control scheme that was derided by critics. Plus the 360 version has online and better graphics.
If you mean the game with the spherical white and black spotted ball, PES 6 is available for the 360 in the UK. Most enthusiasts seme to prefer that over the FIFA games. I haven't played FIFA though so I couldn't vouch for that for certain.

Q. I love the Madden NFL and NCAA College football games and used to buy them and play them on my PC. But they no longer make these games in a PC version. Is it possible to buy these games in Xbox 360 or PS3 form, and convert them to be played on my PC? Thanks
A. No, sorry. Even if you could most PCs aren't anywhere powerful enough to emulate PS3 of XBOX 360...
