A. I was about to immediately comment "Left 4 Dead", but now that I'm thinking about it...I'm not 100% sure if you can do more than 2 per xbox. I want to say you can...but I can't guarantee it. It should say on the back of the box, or someone on here can verify.

I'd highly recommend Castle Crashers. I know it's an arcade game, but it is extremely fun. Can play up to 4 players on your xbox, and since it is a side scrolller, there is no split screen. At the very least, try the demo. I can say, I wasn't disappointed in the 800 M$ point investment. And I'm very hard to please, especially when it comes to arcade games.

My car constantly turns left by itself in nascar the game inside line?

I noticed that when on straight aways and even in turns the car leans toward the left even if you dont touch the controller and it makes it hard to keep control of the car. Why in racing games do the field never spread out its always 1 behind the other?

Broken Steel, which extends the main story line and raises the level cap, and Point Lookout which features several very fun sequences when you get swarmed by Feral Ghouls. A. I'm 31 and I played NES and SNES as they came out. Nintendo games were fun and hard. The directions were limited and you were stuck learning on the fly. Each level was new and often killed you. we never had save points, auto-healing locations or other things to make us easy. Levels were tough and wiped you out. most games came with cheat codes, like Contra, to help because the games were impossible otherwise.

Games didn't have much in the way of difficulty levels. It was one size fits all.

I have great memories of those games. I think you may have missed out on the golden age of video games.

A. to answer your question... no.

HOWEVER. You can download xbox 360 games and burn them to a verbatim dvd+-R DL disc, and play it just fine!

With the new update (Fall Update)... you can install games to your hard-drive and they load faster, but you must still have the disc in the drive. So not yet can you play COMPLETELY from your hard-drive!

To the 1st poster.... perhaps you should KNOW something before you go spitting off at the (mouth) fingers!

The best way to download games... private tracker sites. I won't name any, but just do a little bit of research... and you will definitely find your answers! I was a n00b once. Just do your research, you will learn faster that way!

oh and like seth said... you can play on xbox-live, but it takes you making sure your games are patched correctly! a program called mXuXlXlXeXtXeXrX will get the trick done (minus the X's). That will let you know the region, if it's patched and up to date, pretty much everything! minus burn it!

Q. When my xbox(not xbox 360) got broken, Ive brought it to the repair shop and got it fixed. The one who fixed it told me that the hard drive and something I forgot got broken because the xbox was not turn off properly. And now I am asking this so I can be more careful with my xbox.

A. Make sure your console isn't plugged into an overused power source. (Don't have one outlet taken up by seven devices.)

When you turn it on/off, don't HIT the button, just press it. As sturdy as it may look, it can be broken. It's best to turn off when you're at the game main menu. This decreases the chance of software glitches in the XBOX itself.

When changing discs, always (ALWAYS) press the eject button, NEVER force the tray in by hand. You'll strip the gears, and the drive will be wrecked. Make sure the disc is sitting right in the tray when you insert it, and never touch the disc's silver side.

And I cannot stress this point enough. Above all, whatever you do......Don't chuck a hissy fit and throw your controller at the console when you get fragged by a sniper in 'Halo 2'.

A. If by "set up a Xbox live account,' you mean you upgraded from silver (free) to gold (you had to pay something or use a card) then you are ready to play online!

Make sure your xbox has a connection. Either use a wireless adapter or plug your xbox into your router.

Pop Halo into your Xbox. Run the game as normal. On the title screen, go to matchmaking. Look for a playlist you like (I'd start out with something normal like squad battle ... avoid team swat and snipers for now...trust me).

Hit search or start matchmaking.

A. The Mouse-and-keyboard layout is superior to the Xbox controller in almost every way, but there are a few exceptions.

When using a M&K, you have much more control. Let's say I'm playing a sniping game, the sight on my rifle will move EXACTLY as much as I move the mouse, allowing me to have extremely precise shots. With a controller, the sight moves with the control stick, and it's much harder to aim precisely.

The only time an Xbox controller beats out a M&K is in racing games, or games that you spend a huge amount of time driving. With a keyboard, one click equals one click, so when you are turning a car it's much more difficult than with a variable controlstick like a controller.

Most people preferr the Xbox controller because they owned the Xbox first, so they are already comfortable with the controller. If you aren't I strongly suggest you stick to a mouse and keyboard, rather than getting a controller.
