A. Go to the memory part of the console, and there will be an option to delete his.
Then, go to xbox.com and create a new gamertag. Then, on your console, hit the center button on your controller and go to recover gamertag. Fill in the info and there ya go!

A. They work just fine online and off with the 360. The only difference is that some games that are bought new ( like Gears of War 2 ) come with codes for free downloads that someone who buys a used copy can't use, but games that do that a few and far between.
