Q. I need a game that you can work out easily but loose alot of calories. I dont want any dance games like zumba and i have kinect sports and adventures.
A. Well I never thought that the xbox can make a game like Wii made for fitness but the your shape fitness evolved 2012 changed my view as it was a perfect replacement for the Wii games for fitness so now I do not have to look back at Wii.
The exercises are quite amazing and would include tons of stuff like Yoga, bootcamp etc. And is full of healthy stuff. From my bookmarks here is a place I got mine for the best price:

Is Your Fitness Evolved 2012 a completely different game to the original?

I'm wondering how different is the new Your Fitness Evolved 2012 to the original Xbox 360 Kinect Games? Are the exercises from the original also in the new one or is a wholly new work out routine?

What practical advantages does an Xbox 360 have?

I would like to buy an Xbox 360 but my mum wants to know the practical advantages of having another console, as we have a few all ready. please do not answer with stuff like "Xbox is better than all the others." what I am looking for is can it download and what can she do with it as she is not really a gamer.
A. Ok,well if you get an xbox 360 you can get the kinect,then it will be of use to the whole family for entertainment nights,if your mums into fitness she can even buy a game specifically for her needs:)
The other benefit is that she knows where you will be,sitting in front of the tv gaming & not roaming the streets:)
