Talk to a rep and they will ship you out a box in which you will send in your console, without the hard drive, and they will send you another console to replace your old one. The new ones they have been shipping out ususally come with the latest CPU/GPU configurations helping to save energy. Also, they've been sending out the consoles with the Ben-Q drive which are far more silent then any other drive previously used.
