Who thinks you will be able to play xbox 360 games on the new xbox?

Q. As the new 'xbox 720" is being revealed on the 21st may, i was wondering if you will be able to play 360 games on it. For example i preordered gta 5 and i don't want to have wasted my money on it if i can't play it on the 720. Also i was thinking would you be able to recover tor gamertag and play the arcade games that we've downloaded like minecraft, teraria and all the other arcade/Indie/games on demand we've previously downloaded on the Xbox 360. I know nine really knows any of this yet, but, any ideas?

A. I wouldn't expect the New Xbox (NeXbox?) to be compatible with Xbox 360 games.

Microsoft mentioned awhile ago that you will be able to take your gamertag (and gamerscore) over to the NeXbox. I do not know if that means you can use the same gamertag on both a 360 and NeXbox at the same time. Currently you can use your Gamertag on multiple 360 consoles, so the chances are good.

As for downloaded arcade games...that's a good question.

Based on rumors I've heard, the new Xbox will run a form of Windows 8. That potentially means that most of the games should be easy to port over to the NeXbox. For instance, Minecraft, Teraria and many other Arcade games are already available on Window PCs through Steam or Games For Windows or whatever.

While it would be nice to think you could share, or at least transfer, your licenses between 360 and NeXbox, my guess is you will need to repurchase these games on the NeXbox. Since your Gamertag account still contains your old 360 information, perhaps the system will offer NeXbox versions for a discount.

As for Games On Demand, I would not presume they will be transferable. Especially if they're original Xbox games.

How many game saves on the Xbox 360 4GB?
Q. I am planning to get a 4GB Xbox 360.
I never download games, music, pictures, movies, or DLC for games.
I only use it to play games on disks.
Will 10-15 games be playable on the Xbox 360 4GB?

A. The 4Gb itself is able to play about 2-3 games via DVD ROM Driver but its USB flash support can come in handy in this situation as you can use the USB Drive of 16Gb it would allow you to play up to 12 games (depending on the space they take).

If you have a critical budget than I prefer that you go for the 4Gb bundle and get a USB drive with it and enjoy gaming. Here you would be able to find a good review from an owner of this bundle to help you out on this decision:

And here you would be able to find the 4Gb bundle at a discounted rate:

How good are the deals in Circuit City?
Q. I know that it's having a close-out sale and I wanna know how good are the sales for XBOX 360 games and items.

Is everything discounted including new games which would've been $60? How about accessories?

thank you.

A. You might find better deals during the close-out sell, but generally circuit city has higher prices than ANY of their competitors (like radioshack, best buy, walmart, etc).
