Do Xbox 360 games from different regions have different quality?

Q. I'm just wondering if an Xbox 360 version of, say, 'Gears of War' made in the Asia Pacific region be inferior to a version made in the U.S., assuming both are legit copies?

In other words, does the region of the game have any impact in the performance/quality of the game? Ignoring pirated games, of course, which obviously would be inferior.

I'm just wondering because certain region-free Xbox 360 games are priced lower when compared to their American counterparts, despite having almost the same content (and arguably more, if you take asian subtitles into consideration heh)

On a related note, does the region of a DVD impact its quality? I know that certain features would be absent; for example, certain features (Dolby 5.1 Surround, Anamorphic Image) are absent in region 3 DVDs while present in region 1 DVDs... But otherwise, are there any quality differences?

Thanks, and sorry for being long-winded!

A. Not quality but possibly format making impossible if you buy a game from asia to be played on an American xbox or any other media for that matter. PAL is usually used for the eastern states asia and such and NTSC is American and Canada

How can i download xbox 360 games of torrents?
Q. I just got an xbox 360, so i dont have too much money now, but i want a lot of games so i wanna know how to download games of torrents, now i do not want to go on xbox live with them so that i do not get banned and i do not want to pay money. Plus when is windows 7 coming out. Plus what are some awseome xbox 360 games, is burnout good?

A. you need to get your xbox modded for this to work, and it will completely void your warranty. I wouldn't bother. There are tons of used 360 games out there for reasonable prices. GTA IV is wicked, Halo is supposed to be good if you like shooters. burnout paradise is the best burnout game and you can get that for like $20 brand new, less used. If you want sports games, get ones that are from last year. They are always way way cheaper, like $10 used.

Can anyone recommend any really good Xbox 360 games that I can pick up on the cheap?
Q. I'm looking for cheap but good xbox 360 games as I want to build up my collection but not spend too much. I'm from England, so please only recommendations that are available to me. All are welcome though

A. Orange Box, Borderlands (get the Game Of The Year edition with the extra levels), Assassin's Creed (1, maybe 2?), Bayonetta, Brutal Legend, Bioshock, Oblivion, Mass Effect, Grand Theft Auto, Fallout, Star Wars: Forced Unleashed, any of the LEGO games...this should give you a good start.

If you've got a used game shop near you, check that out as they often have older games at cheaper prices as well as coupons or other discounts. For instance the big chain in the US is Gamestop who has a buy-2-get-1 free sale every 3 or 4 months. It's possible to pick up 3 games for just over $10 apiece using this sale. Even if you buy newer games at higher prices, you're still getting quite a discount.
