What is the best strategy type game for the XBox 360?

Q. I just bought a 360 and I'm looking for a war type game where you move your different units in place to do battle. Something along the lines of a Risk game. Please help.

A. Consoles generally don't offer many good strategy games. However you may like Command and Conquer 3; though it is a real-time strategy game rather than a turn based game.

If you have an original Xbox, you might like Shattered Union which is a turn-based game depicting a fictional near-future American civil war. I don't think it's backwards compatible with the 360 but I could be wrong.

How do you get on xbox live on civil war secret missions for xbox 360?
Q. on the main menu it doesnt say anything about xbox live but leaderboards but on the case it says it has xbox live.

A. Where on the case does it say Xbox Live? The front or the back? If it only says it on the front, all 360 games say that to show you can access Xbox Live features like your friends list, messages, etc. while playing it. If it doesn't list multiplayer or co-op on the back near the bottom in the green or orange squares, it doesn't have it.

What are some teen rated modern war games for the XBOX 360?
Q. Please don't answer cod4 because it's rated M.
I really need some help.
Games for like the war going on today.

A. Tom Clancy's EndWar
GRAW 1
GRAW 2
Battlefield: Bad Company
Turning Point: Fall of Liberty
Medal of Honor: Airborne
America's Army: True Soliders
Battlefield 2: Modern Combat
Call of Duty 2 & 3
History Channel: Civil War/Secret Missions/Battle for the Pacific
Hour of Victory

These are all the games that I know that are what your are specifying...

EDIT: America's Army would be the only own that would closely resemble the war in Iraq/Afghanistan. One game you should look into is "6 Days in Fulljah" a game that should be coming out in 2010 (Konami). The game is centered by some of the invading US Force batallions in that area and even though it has had controversy over it, it should be one that could show from a gamer's perspective what they went through early on without putting any political bias on the game itself.
