A. He is a pre-order download only (PS3 and 360 exclusive). You can only get him if you pre-ordered the game from Gamestop, EBGames, Planet X, in the US... or GAME outside of the US.
Some SMALL Gamestop branches may still have copies with the download code in it. But other than that, I highly doubt you're going to find him.

what is the downloadable content at target for xbox 360 memory cards?
Q. at the target i go to, and just about every target i remember, when you go in the video game section, and go to the area where you can demo the xbox 360 console, right under the screen, and above the controller is a slot that says something like 'insert memory card for downloadable content.' does anyone know exactly what this content is? is it worth spending $50 on a memory card?
A. all it is is arcade demos that you can get off live anyway and the memory card barely fits because of the plastic there. But yes you should get a memory card maybe not the $50 but like the 64mb one it's good to have when you want to move or transfer something. I use mine all the time.
Why is my xbox 360 elite freezing briefly whenever I play Oblivion?

My xbox 360 gets really slow to do tasks within the game like opening the equipment menu-it'll freeze for 5 or 6 seconds and sometimes I'll lose the audio when a character is trying to tell me something important. I've heard of the downloadable patch, will that fix the problem? Is this game problematic or what?
A. i had the same problem with my oblivion it would lag and freeze up, but thats because oblivion is a huge game and its prolly hard for the 360 to handle it
try deleting some memory and make sure ur xbox is cool enough to play like if u play for a long time, then let it sit for a lilttle bit
